Online Private Session

The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body. Individualized attention and excellent to maintain discipline in practice.

Online Workshops

Online workshops on the practical application and theoretical study of the finer aspects that are missed in regular practice. This covers aspects of mind and body and lays emphasis on self awareness and study with individual and collective wellbeing being the objective.

Online Group Session

By bringing yoga directly to you, Sindhu Yoga has created this Group Session to be uniquely tailored to your needs and schedule. My Group Session integrates yoga poses (asanas) and breathwork as part of my holistic technique. There are 2 batches currently, a 7:15 am(Beginner to intermediate for physically fit practitioners) and a 6:00 pm(Yoga therapy for practitioners with moderate physical conditions).
